Important: Grading is subjective. No guaranteed outcomes.

1. General Disclaimer

GetSubby is not responsible for grades lower than expected. PSA may adjust service levels based on declared value.

2. Submission Agreement

You agree to PSA terms
You agree to all grading costs
You agree to pay PSA upcharges

3. Payment & Ownership

All submissions must be paid upfront.

Cards not picked up within 30 days are forfeited.

4. Grading Expectations

No grade guarantees. No refunds or reimbursement.

6. Services & Limitations

No altered or trimmed cards
No BGS / CGC submissions
Right to decline any order

7. Fees

$1 improper holder fee
3% digital payment fee
PSA upcharges may apply

8. Shipping & Processing

Cards are insured. Typical turnaround ~3 months (not guaranteed).

9. Submission Guidelines

Use toploaders or semi-rigid holders
Remove tape before submission
Declared value = estimated graded value

10. Additional Services

$5 review service available. Cleaning service offered with limitations.
